In Arabic not 100% but mainly "Allahu Akbar" (God is great).

Must be nice living in a place that is blocked off with no food and medical supplies and no money for them, but can afford to shoot off thousands of 'celebratory' gunfire in the streets. Also, don't you think that those bullets may indeed come in handy at a later date if the cease fire fails? Just saying....
