I have already taken part of many topic here but i thought and introduction would be nice.
Just learning the point system and all
..should be more carefull spelling also.
So Im 22y old technician from Helsinki..i mainly repair laptops and computers...hobbies are everything going for topic "computers" and snowboarding...
I served on communications squad during my military. I suppose its called "signal squad" or something in the us.
Also i have been always keen to explore the facts and myths behind paranormal areas of life including ufos and suchs.
Im also happy to debate everything concerning politics and governments but i find it rather argumental area. No use of debating something which you cannot really make a difference. But no bad will against no one except bush
.
My first thought of this site are very good comparing to GLP and suchs looney bins
...Here people actually understand whats going on and can debate without going personal insults.
ok that was it

"Is Finnish Politics like British or American Politics?"
Well here we have many political parties and theyre just elected by ppl every 4 years.
Today we have kind of crosbreed government because the "hilly billy" party got lots of votes during last elections. UKs and USAs system is very different from ours but every country has its own ways. We have about 5-6 major political parties and lots of smaller ones.cheers

whow.... we (UK) have 3 main party's althought the third is traditionally smaller than the other two, there is also a fourth party that is making ground

must be great to have a large selection of political parties to choose from

yup..its definetly democracy at its best but every governmental structure has it flaws, sadly in Finland also. But its still very working structure if compared to many other countries.
Personally i dont really understand this liberal, conservative system at all..but it must something to do with money, power and religions
