Forever seems not long ago
Lost in time, lost in love
buried in the comfort of our shallow grave
The bloodied rose, the supple blade
Buried in our holy shallow grave
You seen the rage, and quelled the same
Buried in our shallow grave
we have seen ourselves reflected
in the others eyes
buried in the comfort of our shallow grave
the hours pass, the minutes wane
buried in our shallow grave
the battles fought, the lives we had wrough
buried in our shallow grave
you watched me die
wreathed in pain
buried in the silence of my shallow grave

I feel this comes from somewhere deep within you that feels just like it happened not to long ago.
While I get my own feelings, and my own meaning from this.. I can tell what ever happened to you, you hold onto this, and through writing, you are able to express these things which you bury just under the surface.
