US pop icon Lady Gaga has visited Julian Assange in the Equadorian embassy in London . Nobody knows the motives behind her visit .

Pop icon Lady Gaga payed a visit to the Ecuadorian embassy in London where Wikileaks founder Julian Assange has been held up for several months despite being granted an asylum by the country's president. Even though the most famous whistleblower in the world is officially free now he is forced to stay in the embassy building as the British law enforcement officials threaten to extradite to Sweden over the allegations of sex crimes. So far the motives behind Gaga's visit remain unknown but this is not her first appearance in the Wikileaks' saga

I would say publicity.
But after all, does she really need any more. Everybody already knows who she is.
Perhaps she just supports Assange.

Like she cares.

I'm not condoning or condemning their behavior, if that is indeed what they're doing, I'm just stating my opinion that there's nothing sinister or mysterious about those two meeting.

They may be high profile, but their reasons are their business and I'm sure they know how to keep it that way.
