The amendment doesn't say what kind of arms.

So I could build a handgun and keep and bear it?

Or are arms regulated even though there is no amendment saying to have a well regulated kind of arms?

if i could have a chance to have bear arms,i think i would choose kodiak bear arms!
biggest baddest bear there is,and if i'm swinging them bear arms in front of me,
i think i would be a force to be reckoned with!!!

if i had to choose other arms,i think i would go with orangutang arms.
theyre long, strong, and pack quite a wholop!!!

This might help. This is the most recent case to define the interpretation of the 2nd and which made it both incorporated and absolutely the right of an individual.

DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA v. HELLER

That's one of the best sites I know of for a quick summary look at the case or any other case for that matter. The search bar is interactive as you type to narrow the search for Party name.

Unfortunately, they also ruled that some regulation is proper (I'm being sarcastic in tone) and so we can't own M1 Main Battle Tanks with everything still functional and ready to show the world some proper road rage.

I think we all have the right to wear sleeveless shirts.

So we can have bare arms.
