It's impossible for a super organism such as society the government to be schizophrenic. It lacks a brain, a body, a nervous system etc. It is fundamentally personality-less. It doesn't throw hissy fits. Society The Government cannot be anthropomorphized in order to psychologically diagnose it's problems.
