Secretary General of the United Nations Ban Ki-moon has evaded a question on the necessity to inspect Israel’s nuclear facilities, saying the Iranian nuclear issue is the question at hand. “Now, the current issue is on how the international community should address the Iranian nuclear issue,” Ban told reporters during a press conference on Wednesday. He stressed the importance of building international trust and confidence about Iran's nuclear energy program and expressed hope that the issue would be settled through negotiations.
