Oh how I love this song and have never heard it before.

This song should be used as a score to a great movie scene. How it isn't I don't understand.

Very emotionally moving....

Delighted to please. Someone told me that the recording was an emotional affair as one of the girls is his ex girlfriend and the other his current. It goes deeper but i cant remeber the story or if its even true. His other music is great too

This song has been in my head since yesterday, finally found it.

"Na Casaidigh with the popular Irish song about the 1798 Rebellion in Ireland. Na Casaidigh or The Cassidys are a traditional Irish family band from the Gaoth Dobhair (Gweedore) Gaeltacht in County Donegal."

The Rising of the Moon - Irish folk song

I loved horslips whilst growing up, have not looked at them for years thought. Fantastic music.........awful dress sense. I suppose they were "cool" back then.

What a beautiful thread... I absolutely love Celtic/Gaelic music, I think it is truly the best music in the world! At least imo
No other music hits home better than this for me... I can feel the soul reuniting with the source!

Anyway.. here's my contribution, i'm not a religious person by any means, for me it is a love song for God. Peace.

Corrs, Little Wing.

Thanks for posting. I somehow always skipped past that song when listening to the unplugged on YT. Now it's my favourite one.

5 mins of pure bliss. Amazing.
