This man COULD have easily been on the streets still. If it were not for his guilty conscience, and his own free will. This is not a good sign that one of the deadliest cities in America is so short staffed. Apparently he tried to turn himself in at the fire station, when they called police, they said they were too busy handling prior obligations to come apprehend him. So instead, he WALKED FREELY to the local police station and turned himself in again.

The fire station called the police, expecting them to rush to the station to pick up the murder suspect. Instead, the police told them that area patrol units were too busy “handling high priority runs” and therefore “no units were dispatched to the location,”

From source.

After learning about the bizarre incident, Detroit Fire Department Senior Chief Lewis Roelans said, “Isn’t it ironic? You call for the police and even we can’t get them.”

It is things like these that should be massing the people in the streets. I mean, if this isn't a blatant show of neglect against us, their wage payers, what else is.

Heads should roll, and whomever's wage is so high that officers were shorthanded, should no longer be employed (by us).

But of course, this will be forgotten in a day.

The American Government can spend $70 Thousand Dollars to execute a "Suspect" in Afghanistan/Pakistan with a single Hellfire Missile. But doesn't have enough money to police it's own cities? US Millitary
