I just finished reading this story on and it blew me away.

Written by Wright Thompson, this is a true story about two brothers from the Netherlands whose dreams were to make it as professional baseball players here in the states. The road is tough for both. One brother makes it for a short time, the other struggles to find his place - to fit it - to find reciprocated love. It's an unbelievable journey and ends in exceptional tragedy, and a diagnosis. It literally has me speechless.

It reminded me of the thread that was on the front page a couple of days ago - BREAKING: Former Marine Brandon Raub just been "taken" by Feds for Facebook Posts?, by TrueAmerican. I don't want to give too much away. You'll understand once you read the story.
