Automated construction of stack 'em and pack 'em buildings.

After seeing some of the designs and layouts of the proposed stack 'em and pack 'em units the survivors will be stored in, I got to wondering how plausible of an idea it truly was. However after seeing this video on the Automated production of houses and the seeing how similar the plans for the SE&PE units and this 3d construction look, I have to keep wondering.

Seriously though, I hate it when all the houses look the same. It just makes society feel like a Dystopia.
This technology would be great for creating Space Craft hulls faster and more efficient.
