this law will decide if you have the right to use legal free speech,

but if obama gets his way it will also mean many would be to afraid to use their free speech incase they end up being held indefinably,

so without being given the govenments interpretation of what powers are conveyed, a judge has put the ndaa on hold.

Obama’s attorneys refused to assure the court, when questioned, that the NDAA’s section 1021 – the provision that permits reporters and others who have not committed crimes to be detained without trial – has not been applied by the US government anywhere in the world after Judge Forrest’s injunction.

www.blacklistednews.com...

I would also take the time to watch this short video from one of the co-counsels on the case as to exactly what the government is arguing in court. Not a word from the mainstream media on the most important court case in American history. One that will decide the fate of a law that will effectively dismantle at least a third of The Bill of Rights.

same source

so the ndaa which will remove about a third of the protections in the bill of rights is not constitutional,
AND NO MEDIA IS REPORTING ON IT.

WHY? and why does obama think its so important to pass NOW?

why is the most important court case of the new century not on prime time news?
why dont they want you knowing HOW or WHO this targets,

would you speek out against injustice if it ment a lifetime sentence without a fair trial?
why wont the govement say when or who this will be used on/

is america free?

Was he being interviewed by Borat?

More to the point, it sounds like the judge will rule against the NDAA on constitutional speech grounds, but we shall see in about 2 weeks so he said.

I seriously doubt the proponents will just pack up their bags and walk away, but at least there are people paying attention and fighting it. He mentioned a coalition of conservative groups and seemed fairly confident in the support.
Not doom and gloomy at all.

This appears to cover the same topic as a thread started this morning, and the source article for this thread references the source article for the other thread:

The Most Important Lawsuit in American History that No One is Talking About

Let's go with that one.
