Why has McCain not been asked to provide what he knows about Romney's Taxes?

McCain is WELL KNOWN to hold grudges..... Its well known that he dislikes Romney.

Enough that he would topple an incumbent President? One of the more conservative states in this country is Arizona for which he is a Senator, he also offered Sarah Palin as Vice President ( A poster girl for the Tea Party). Despite whatever issues John McCain may have with Willard Mitchel Romney, it would be political suicide to admit that Willard's tax returns did suggest he evaded taxes.
