Doesn't take a lot of imagination to see what's coming here, does it.

The way police departments have been addressing crime without addressing the US Constitution lately, they'll be arresting people for 'conspiracy to commit' if they do something suspicious.

ETA: This will make it easier for Bloomie to catch people salting their french fries and drinking soft drinks that are too large.
