O Hearken Ye to the words of the Oracle: Olympic Opening Ceremony

I'm not much into predicting the future but I thought for a lark I would consult the I-Ching oracle about the Olympic opening ceremony. I'll share the results I got from the oracle and I'll welcome any interpretations of the results.

I asked the I-Ching to provide insight regarding the opening ceremony, and I got :

Hexagram 43 Kuai / Breakthrough

A Deluge from Heaven:
The Superior Person rains fortune upon those in need, then moves on with no thought of the good he does.

The issue must be raised before an impartial authority.
Be sincere and earnest, despite the danger.
Do not try to force the outcome, but seek support where needed.
Set a clear goal.

SITUATION ANALYSIS:

Your iron will must come to the forefront now.
It will take great personal determination to resolve the situation in question.
Your adversary would love to force you into an angry display.
That would legitimize his opposition to you.
Such a berserker rage would drag you down to his level.
You must resolutely take a public stand against what he represents, but refuse to engage him.
Without compromise, you show others the way to higher ground.

There were two changing lines :

An Old Yang for Line 2
An Old Yin for Line 6
The Old Yin prevails.

Hexagram Forty-Three/Line Six:

A warning sign goes unheeded.
Misfortune ahead.

After the changing lines are factored into hexagram 43, the transformed hexagram is :

13 - Thirteen
T'ung Jên / Social Mechanism

Heaven reflects the Flame of clarity:
The Superior Person analyzes the various levels and working parts of the social structure, and uses them to advantage.

Success if you keep to your course.
You may cross to the far shore.

SITUATION ANALYSIS:

This is a matter of Positioning -- not only yourself, but others as well.
There are niches to be filled, potentials to be realized, right livelihoods to be found.
You are not building a new organization, but shoring up an existing infrastructure.
It's worth the effort, because it will provide union, community, and an ironclad alliance.

I will now yeild and open the thread to your interpretations. I have my own ideas, of course, but I'm more interested in hearing all of yours.

C'mon ATS. You don't have much time to offer an interpretation of the reading. The opening ceremonies are tomorrow.

good job there and interesting reply from the Oracle

what i'm getting is that an individual at the event maybe the determining factor of the outcome

also interesting is your use of the term Superior Person
[it used to be written Superior Man, i suppose it's a PC or more egalitarian concession, nothing wrong with that]
as Person, along with 'the rain from heaven" bit, could imply a non human whether ET or an Elemental [such as a Space-Dragon]


on the other hand, what if at the opening ceremonies,
a participating athlete is revealed to be a cyborg or other kind of enhancile?

my haven't consulted the Oracle in years [Tarot and the Runes]
think i'll play around a bit with them and se what comes of it


after all i did have an 80% success rate when determining the sex of an unborn baby
[lol i used tarot, but my grandma could tell by touch]
and once unconsciously outed some spooks that were playing games at college...

What a load of rubbish. This, like horoscopes, are worded so broadly that they could apply to numerous situations and have almost infinite fulfilments. Thats how these things trick people into believing in them, and people can make money out of those gullible people.
