I don't see whats wrong with this, even if other feminists are freaking out. It's not as if they are restricting access to women who do not want to wear mini skirts that fall below the 38 inches.

Who cares if they are given a discount?

I'm confused! Who exactly is freaking out? No one is making anyone do anything. I looked around the Internets a bit and I haven't really found any serious articles where anyone has any sensible objections to this!

Ok so it says anything other than a miniskirt, eg hotpant or a short dress need not apply. This is the rule, so why not play the sexist buggers at their own game, and wear jeans with a mini skirt over,it does literaly say nothing as a alternative to mini skirt can be worn, it doesnt say something else can be worn with the skirt.
Im sure theyll come up with a reason for it not to be allowed, but this is the conclusion i came to from what has been said in the article.
