Iran To Launch First Satellite In 2005!

Iran is growing (technologically) fast, A few days ago showing off there new missile that can go 1250 miles, Now they say that there going to put there first home made satellite into orbit within a year.

Something tells me its not for weather.

Long range ballistic missile or rocket booster for satellite... what's the difference between those?
Only payload.

Low orbit satellite so it might be mapping satellite... or spy satellite.
