They are "dismayed" because they are not allowed to cut chunks of skin of a newborns body....hmm.



Brutish religious acts in my opinion. I say if the child grows up and then later decides he wants a chunk of his dick removed then so be it....but untill then stop hacking at the baby's nether regions.
