You know, it's such an obvious and great choice it may have been mentioned...I obviously haven't read the entire thread.

Considering the constant DOOM on ATS, I think..

Ok, folks. There have been plenty of songs submitted, so I have decided to make three videos, each in a different music genre. There's no one song that would be truly representative of the ATS population, so after spending a bit of time with my headphones on, I've decided on three categories. I'll list the candidates for each category, and feel free to add to the category you like, as a member of ATS.

The three categories:

Classic rock.
Pop.
Heavy Metal.

Songs per genre:

Classic:
Lunatic Fringe, Red Rider.
It's the end of the World, REM.
Children of the Sun, Billy Thorpe.
Imagine, John Lennon, or A Perfect Circle.
X-files theme.

Pop:
Wide Awake, Katy Perry.

Heavy:
Orion, Metallica.
Through the Never, Metallica.
Propaganda, Sepultura.

Feel free to add to your favorite genre!


I also have one more request. Those of you who have recently switched to background avatars, I can't right click and download them. I have to hunt through source code to find the link. If you are one of those who switched avatars due to PurpleChiten's thread, can you re-post your new avvy? (Destinyone, LadyJae, ahem!) This also includes all the others with background avvys instead of picture avvys. Please?

In classic , "glass onion" by the beatles is pretty cool....and has some good "sound bites" to edit in ........."well, here's another place you can go, where everything grows"....now that is a great line....just a thought....

I love that song ! and it would work , especially certain lines..

I also like revolution by them which I have already posted.

By the way when you go to hit reply you'll see a bunch of little boxes at the top if you click on vid you tube one, a little box pops up, Copy and paste all the letters and numbers AFTER the you tubestuff ending with v=

Press ok and you have the embedded vid.
