I absolutely love when either side of the Two-Party System™ starts attacking one of their own because they stepped over the partisan line. It just illustrates time and time again how corrupt and messed up this system is. How anyone can continue to believe in this sham is beyond me.

i love how he's all of a sudden an activist. first off, activism is a GOOD thing and second.... just because the right doesn't like it doesn't make it activist LOL

Indeed. This brings to light another problem I have with the system. The Supreme Court allegedly decides things based on their constitutionality. Yet almost always there are "splits" regarding their decisions. So that means someone on every decision is less concerned with whether an issue is constitutional or not and more concerned with advancing their own political ideology.
