Mods, was unsure which section to post this is - Military, General Conspioracies or Social.

We have all heard about CIA's mind controls programs and MK-ULTRA and the leaked information from some whistle blowers but I thought I'd bring up quickly an article I have just read that details comprehensively not only the history of the program but also the "where they are up to" and what is foreseen mid this century.

To begin with a couple important quotes from the article-

We’ve all heard about the “Thought Police” and laughed because it seemed so implausible. Well, the joke is on us. Brain scanning technology is now well-advanced. In 1974, Lawrence Pinneo, a neurophysiologist and electronic engineer with the Stanford Research Institute succeeded in correlating brain wave patterns from EEGs with specific words. In 1994, the brain wave patterns of 40 subjects were officially correlated with both spoken words and silent thought at the University of Missouri. It is believed that US intelligence agencies now have a brain wave vocabulary of over 60,000 words in most common languages.


They are able to already read out thoughts.


Brain waves constitute a magnetic field around the head (the aura), each person having a unique, identifiable electromagnetic signature which becomes visible through Kirlian photography, and these fields can be monitored by satellites. The translated results are then fed back to ground-side super computers at speeds of up to 20 gigabytes/second. Neurophone messages can then be beamed to selected individuals based on their thoughts. It is believed that about one million people around the globe are now monitored on a regular basis. As these numbers increase, as they certainly will, to include most educated and important people in the world, the New World Order will definitely have arrived.


As Australian writer Paul Baird has observed, “no-one will ever be able to even think about expressing an opinion contrary to those forced on us by the New World Order. There will literally be no intellectual property that cannot be stolen, no writing that cannot be censored, no thought that cannot be suppressed (by the most oppressive/invasive means).” Baird also claims that ex-military/intelligence whistle-blowers have reported that experiments in controlling voters with these techniques have been tried in several foreign countries. So much for democracy.


Other technologies, such as microwave bombardment to confuse and disorient field personnel, microchip implantation, silently delivered acoustical subliminal messages, widespread population control through psychiatric drugs, and extreme close-up satellite-based viewing able to read documents indoors, are all well-developed and in use by military and intelligence agencies. This doesn’t even address the monitoring of overt spoken and written material. Under Project ECHELON, the NSA monitors every call, fax, e-mail and computer data message in and out of the US, Canada and several other countries. Their computers then search for key words and phrases. Anything or anyone of interest draws the attention of agency operatives, who can then commence surveillance operations by the NSA or other intelligence agencies.


So "they" can dial in to someone individuals "auro's" supposedly and send thoughts into their heads....scary stuff. I wonder how much this was used in the Mid East "Arab Spring" to send the public into revolutionary frenzies?

But the scariest aspect and what has made me want to put this thread together is the following -

“Prior to the mid-21st century, there will be a virtual explosion of knowledge in the field of neuroscience. We will have achieved a clear understanding of how the human brain works, how it really controls the various functions of the body, and how it can be manipulated (both positively and negatively). One can envision the development of electromagnetic energy sources, the output of which can be pulsed, shaped, and focused, that can couple with the human body in a fashion that will allow one to prevent voluntary muscular movements, control emotions (and thus actions), produce sleep, transmit suggestions, interfere with both short-term and long-term memory, produce an experience set, and delete an experience set. This will open the door for the development of some novel capabilities that can be used in armed conflict, in terrorist/hostage situations, and in training…”


This I beleive will eliminate the potential for conflict which is a plus I'd say but is it worth the cost? "They" will have the ability to make us think, act, feel a certain way....it will be a HIVE society, and if you think or act individually you will get taken out.

Eliminating past experiences and thought has Total Recall written all over it.

But we will see this coming or will we just "become it" without even realising?

This is already going down here in NC- It has been almost 6 years. This is Alien- not human created. This may be called Telepathic Link or Hive.

You will be connected to other humans. You will lose all privacy. The other humans may attempt to torture you..the first thing they will do is attempt to make you go without sleep for 3 days. They will attempt to program you with key words. They will use methods from The Book Of War..They may also attempt to control youre body functions..

How to survive this- Ignore what you are hearing in youre head. Go about youre daily routine, and get plenty of sleep.

The humans that are mis-using this ability will pay dearly for their mis-conduct. The Aliens did not intend for this ability to be used to torture each other. This was to be used in the end of times to assist each other! This was intended to be used to help each other survive.

For example- If this ability was used correctly- If you were ever in Trouble..other humans on link would show up and help.

My opinion- The Brain should never be messed with! Humans are not responsible enough for this Alien Ability.

Im bumping up my old thread again with some further information I have come across....this information makes it look like a covert global arms race is taking place in order to be the first to completely control the mental and physical actions of humans all over the world, hence becoming global controllers of the new "Hive" society.

Sad thing is, we will never know or realise when this takes place.

A race for "The Matrix"....so to speak.

Psychotronic and Electromagnetic Weapons: Remote Control of the Human Nervous System


Britain’s Daily Mail, as another exception, wrote that research in electromagnetic weapons has been secretly carried out in the USA and Russia since the 1950’s and that „previous research has shown that low-frequency waves or beams can affect brain cells, alter psychological states and make it possible to transmit suggestions and commands directly into someone’s thought processes. High doses of microwaves can damage the functioning of internal organs, control behaviour or even drive victims to suicide.”


Many of us on this forum know of the MK-Ultra program, but what is written in the linked article sounds like the ultimate MK-Ultra "wet-dream".


In 1975, a neuropsychologist Don R. Justesen, the director of Laboratories of Experimental Neuropsychology at Veterans Administration Hospital in Kansas City, unwittingly leaked National Security Information. He published an article in “American Psychologist” on the influence of microwaves on living creatures’ behavior.

In the article he quoted the results of an experiment described to him by his colleague, Joseph C. Sharp, who was working on Pandora, a secret project of the American Navy.

Don R. Justesen wrote in his article:

“By radiating themselves with these ‘voice modulated’ microwaves, Sharp and Grove were readily able to hear, identify, and distinguish among the 9 words. The sounds heard were not unlike those emitted by persons with artificial larynxes” (pg. 396).



Robotic sounding voices inside their head? WTF? Hearing inflanted voices inside your head is bad enough, but this goes onto to explain how this technology actually manages to physically control the nervous system and human actions:

The use of those weapons is time and again reemerging in times of political crisis. According to Russian daily newspapers, during the failed putsch against Mikhail Gorbachov in 1991, general Kobets warned the defenders of the Russian White House that mind control technology could be used against them (Komsomolskaya Pravda, September 7,1991, O. Volkov, „Sluchi o tom chto nam davili na psychiku nepotverzdalis. Poka“).

After the putsch, the vice president of the League of Independent Scientists of the USSR, Victor Sedlecki, published a declaration in the Russian daily Komsomolskaya Pravda where he stated:
As an expert and a legal entity I declare that mass production … of psychotronic biogenerators was launched in Kiev (this is indeed a very serious issue). I cannot assert for sure that that were exactly Kiev generators that were used during the putsch… However, the fact that they were used is obvious to me. What are psychotronic generators? It is an electronic equipment producing the effect of guided control in human organism. It especially affects the left and right hemisphere of the cortex. This is also the technology of the U.S. Project Zombie 5“. He further stated that due to the inexperience of the personnel who operated them the attempt to use the generators failed

The Russian defence Minister stated the following:

Why has this research remained classified until present time? There are two explanations for this: First there is a secret arms race in progress in the world where the superpowers compete to gain decisive supremacy in this area and in this way master the control of the whole world. Second the governments keep those technologies in store for the case that they would not be able to control, by democratic means, the crisis that may arise as a result of their poor decisions. In both cases the era of democracy and human freedom in history will come to an end. According to the declaration of the former Russian Defense minister Serdjukov, there are maximally eight years left within which those weapons will officially become a part of the Russian military arsenal. For democracy this would mean a beginning of the end.
