It is good to hear you are getting some control of it, even if limited. When you get static sounds like you are starting to control it as well. But still much to learn. Study how radio and HD works may help in understanding what is going on and where you need to focus.
There are many stories around, experiments that merge man and machine. Is it possible that such experiment happened to you?

Then one night, the first time she took a capsule of melatonin to help her sleep, she removed her lenses before going to bed, and when she closed her eyes,in the darkness, with no lenses, she suddenly saw the piece of furniture in the far corner of her bedroom that she was facing. She saw it with absolute clarity. In the dark. With no lenses. With her eyes CLOSED.
She said she never saw anything with such acuity - that she never knew such acuity of vision was even possible.
Only when she tried to blink, because she was startled, she realized that her eyes had been closed all the time.
I don't remember when this happened, but she told me about it years before 2009, so it wasn't the Hadron collider's fault. I think.
The melatonin.... that probably wasn't a coincidence.
But as far as I know, it never happened again, melatonin or not.
