-Tuesday 19th June at 8:53pm-
An earthquake measuring a magnitude of 5.3, has shaken Melbourne and other parts of the Australian state of Victoria.
Pretty cool, considering Australia doesnt get many earthquakes that strong...... no serious damage.. just a online twitter/facebook frenzy !
This video captures the moment it struck :-P

I feel so close to you right now...it's a force field.
Not but seriously, that cat is the next Jimi.

That video gave me the chills. Never experienced a quake but this video may be the closest I've ever gotten to understand how it feels. The everyday situation presented may be to blame. The "shaking buildings" videos doesn't seem to give me much.

Seems to be a number of unusual stops on the earthquake world tour so far this year. Let's not yet run to a conclusion but still.

That cat doesn't even lose his cool during the earthquake.

That must be the coolest cat ever AND he plays the guitar.

Well I felt it and I live about 30 minutes away from the Epi-Center and it felt like a Freight Train was coming to the house....

That cat is like WTH? I'm trying to play here!!!

That even sounds scary! I have only felt one earthquake in my life and it was so small I wasn't even sure what it was until the news reported it! Stay safe over there!

Maybe he's the reincarnation of Jimi Hendrix?

I haven't seen many EQ videos so it was very interesting to watch this one.

Of course he's cool, he is the cousin of spot the stripy cat that allways saves the day for Hong Kong phooey.

So much for cats warning us about earthquakes!
I was taken aback, that cat looks a lot like one of mine. She occasionally walks across the piano keys but that is the extent of her musical talent. During our DC area quakes my cats didn't panic until they saw me running around like an idiot.
