Well, I have drake about 4 things of bottle water and I still have the headache.

Hmm, isn't not enough sugar also a cause, or I have to drink more sugar? Or, is it the sugar that gives you the headache? I forgot. Which is it?

Anyways, I'm trying to get rid of this headache...

Help....

Thank you.

Is it a sinus headaxche? Try tapping under your eyes and round your nose. IF not just try getting some sleep.

Don't drink it when it's ice cold if you have a headache.

Let it get cool to room temperature first.

Happy hydrating!

Once I had a terrible headache while sitting at my laptop when it occurred to me: I can use google to search for home remedies. The one thing I found that day that actually eased the pain was a technique involving adding pressure to certain cranial locations. It hurts at first, but you have to accept and allow the pain to flow. You will slowly desensitize to the pain and notice it helps relives cranial tension (which is said to be an underlying cause in most headaches).

It's called "Accupressure"

Hope this can be of benefit to you (sorry I didn't make it easier and provide instruction, I can't remember it all)

Have you tried some caffeine?
Eat some dark chocolate or drink a little coffee (of course not decaf).

If you're not thirsty at all, water probably won't help.

If you're NOT caffeine sensitive, sometimes coffee helps - but only 1 or 2 cups.

If it's a hormonal headache, omega 3 oils - fish (sardines, walnuts, flax oil....)

Sometimes peppermint tea helps headaches, and sometimes ginger helps - candied, or plain, or cut up and made into tea. Don't eat too much, it can make your heart race if overdone.
Sometimes even gingerale (not diet) even helps, even though I think the flavoring is fake. I don't know why it works.

Maybe coffee with math homework - makes your brain work on something else besides the headache. Unless the headache is from schooling, then avoid the brain strain.......

I've found if I get a headache, rest makes it worse - I need to be busy unless the headache is really bad, then I just give in and medicate with extra strength ibuprofen and other stuff that's unmentionable.

Good luck.
I hate headaches, sometimes nothing works

Have you eaten anything? Usually empty stomachs cause headaches.

15 mins or so after you eat your headache should be gone. I'm always working through-out lunch so I've experienced this loads and loads of time. If water doesn't do the trick then eat something.

Edit: Eat 20 mins before you try the coffee

Water only helps headaches if the headache came from being dehydrated. coffee and Advil are the best headache removal combo out there

Well, that coffee trick worked. It's slight now, not excruciating as before.

Thats only temporary, your headache will come back

You said you havent eaten, thats most likely why you have a headache so maybe you shouldnt wait til later, eat now or continue enjoying that pain

The above poster is right, eat and it will go away in minutes, your body is telling you something, duhhhhh listen to it and feel better!

Yuh, the government is hoarding my Excedrins.

It's gone now. I think it's my pillow. I sleep with 3

It's probably tension headaches (stress headaches), with all the stress you've been under lately. They can last for 30 minutes to days at a time. The pain is usually throbbing and affects the front, top, or sides of the head. Lack of sleep, smoking, being over weight, and over exertion can also be the culprit. Do a search on them and look for remedies, but my advise would be to relieve some stress and get some rest.

Hope you feel better MH!!!
