In honor of Father's Day...have any good storys or memorys from the track?
lol

My dad didn't but can remember getting dropped off at my uncle's house for some reason back in the 70's in South Plainfield, NJ with my brothers. We weren't at the house for 5 minutes and my uncle told my aunt - gonna take the kids out for ice cream & we made a b-line for Johnson Park about 5 miles away to check out some hot tip on a trotter. Johnson Park was a training center for trotters that ran in area.

Good times - we were like under 10 years old & im sure my uncle was thrilled he had 3 snot nosed kids with him running down a tip but he was cool & a character and we had a great time!

Not sure if we ever go that ice cream... but it didn't matter.
