If I had to take a guess what was going on in the video, then I would say that any movement caught by the camera would lead to those lines.

What we are seeing is kind of like visual feedback
The visual version of the feedback that people get from crappy microphones.
And being that you are obviously using a poor quality web cam, you are getting a similar reaction.

Did I mention that you sound WASTED as well.

You should put a breathalizer on your computer mate.

He is claiming that the lines on the video are caused by him.
Which in a way they are, but not because he wants them their, but because of his webcam.

When my finger trails, you can see the energy being bent

do telekinesis, thats a whole lot easier than making chi visible. even if you did make it visible i believe it will form like smoke
