I was wondering what the "W" stood for in your profile next to when you post?

Also, I was wondering if I was possibly submitting my picture wrong to be displayed in my posts, or does it just take a while to be approved?

Your avatar should appear immediately. I would guess that it does not conform to the size requirements.

Maximum pixel dimensions: 170 pixels wide by 240 pixels high.
Maximum file size: Remains 75k

I tried to get an avatar but it's too big in the kb department. That doesn't block the appearance though so I guess it's the dimensions that aren't right. Good luck!
