I've seen lots of people talk about how some small group is taking over the world. Precisely, what does this mean?

Is this supposed to mean a hierarchial society, where the people on top tell those bellow them how to live their lives. Yet, how much of the behavior of those on the top is determined by their elite education, and the scientific responses of those on the bottom?

Is this supposed to mean certain people will control all the wealth? Are these people care about being the only ones with weatlh, or do they just want to increase their wealth the most? For instance, let other people get rich, might allow them to get richer.

Is this elite group supposed to be totally closed to outsiders? How are people given entry?

Is the elite supposed to be exercising power by perpetuating some religion or spiritual idea. What are the tenets of this religion, and what are its values?

I've seen a bunch of discussions of one world government, but what does that mean? If same people control all the countries of the world, the borders aren't really that important. Does one world government just mean the combination of all governments under a single bureacracy? Are the provincial and local governments of the world supposed to disappear?

Is the idea that everyone should have the same culture, and values. Is this the "American" culture?

Too much talk about NWO, and one world government junk goes on without explaining the definitions of discourse. Can this be clarified?
