You seem to be confused on the law aspect. Believe it or not there is a difference between an actual verified violation and the opinions of people who claim a violation solely based on the fact they dont understand the laws involved.

He is asking you to cite an example where posse commitats was violated based on the law itself and not the opinions of people who make the claim based on ignorance of said law.

In my response I gave an example of where posse commitstus was violated while at the same time being legal from the state side.
