Many times Pop culture has many Ideals that we as a nation or people may lack.

Ill add one of my favorite qoutes from a cartoon or comic book character.

Something that's always confused me:
All transformers come from the All Spark right? How do some become become autobots and some decepticons? Some good and some evil? Does the All Spark imbue them with a soul, or just consciousness?

I guess the term "All" Spark means that it contains both sides of the equation. Did I just answer my own question?

Their were build on Cybertron and upon the destruction of Cybertron the ALL-Spark was the only thing left from Cybertron that could create life for them.

But according to the old series and i still like them a lot both camps where creating new robots.
