AR-500 Steel, amazing Stuff

The test round had a civilian bullet and is nothing compared to even military ball in the .50 BMG that has a mild steel core. Then with military rounds you get into AP rounds that have a tungsten core or discarding sabot like the SLAP round.

even my solid oil impregnated bronze bullets would punch right through AR-500

Not only that but the range was 200 yards, most of the AP 'punch' would of faded by then.
