Sosorry I goofed. Logged out before I replied. It seems that over the last two years that when Tonga shows up on the USGS report that other things happen adjacent and opposite. I'll be more careful.

No solid proof, just a awareness that I get by looking at the USGS site. Tonga seems to be some kind of multiple shifting region. One plate moves towards, one move away from and another twists.

I think the next series of major flares will coincide with the next series of quakes. Thoughts are 9-15 May.
