Was your spirit created by the Supreme Being or birthed by the Supreme Being?

Mine was birthed by the Supreme Being. There might be a diffence between us.

If your spirit were created, then it can be simply disposed of for not sitting right with the Supreme Being.

How could I find out which I was?

Edit to add: The second parts a joke, I do want to know how you know which you are.

Because that is the thought I got when I heard what she said, made me feel like damn if that's true we are so disposable. But were still here right.

The difference is obvious created means artificially and birthed means apart of the being. But this person had either done '___' or gone under hypnotic in-between life regression and no gotten the entire story.
