I think I missed an announcement somewhere. Would someone please fill me in.

Is belowtopsecret gone, or just being revamped? If I entered the old url correctly, it's a Linux Test Page now.

Changed name to "Off-topic" on the Recent Posts page- click on that, and you get another "recent posts" page.
