I'm not for racial profiling, but I am for profiling in general.

Look, when I see a guy dressed like a thug, whether he's black, white, or hispanic, I'm likely going to make sure my doors are locked.

Likewise, when I see a black, white, or hispanic guy in a suit walk by, I'm not going to be too concerned.

However, if in an airport, I want to see the single, male Arabic guy get pulled to the side for a search, over a kid in a wheelchair (recently happened) traveling with his family. It's a simple matter of logic.

For example, I'm a white guy, but my passport has quite a few middle eastern stamps attached to its history as I used to live there and travel around (even though it was years ago). So, if I'm traveling on my own, for business, I know that one out of 3 flights, I'm going to be subject to search, and I'm totally cool with that profiling. (just love seeing that little SS on my boarding pass....)
