You're welcome!
It's a little heavy on the calculus/quantum stuff at first, but if you stick with it, the point becomes clear even if (like me) you're not a fluent physicist.

Highly recommend it. I borrowed it from the library, but I bought my daughter a copy for her college graduation last summer.

I have naturally lucid dreamed my entire life, as well as developed a technique as referenced earlier where I am able to consciously enter a dream when laying down without ever losing consciousness. I have also had periods of extreme high-consciousness in which reality was very much like a dream. That being said, given my various experiences, yes I do believe it is possible. In fact, I believe reality is constructed in the same essential way as dreams, just we experience more limitation for a variety of reasons, all of which are self-imposed.
