Is it just me?

The background image behind my avatar and every user's avatar is an image of WorldOfStock.com

A bunch of clocks and Leonardo da Vinci's 'Vitruvian Man'

What's up?

A screen shot would help.

I do not see that on your mini profile nor anyone else's.

You may want to do a virus scan and CCleaner...

There is no link or any information in the "Your Background Image" field in 'Account Settings'

I see this same background behind every user's avatar also.

I never knew of or went to WorldOfStock.com prior to this problem.

Very odd.

Your avatar looks fine for me.

What browser are you using etc?

check your profile settings under 'tools' on the top menu bar on ATS...

look at background image and avatar... if you are not happy with the avatars delete both links (avatar and background image.) and then click on submit at the bottom.

that should get rid of your avatar.

if you want to upload a new one click on tools and then images. upload and then click on the image... copy the avatar URL and then paste it in the same place where you just deleted the other URL's.

EDIT: Also if you dont have a URL in either field replace it with something else and click on submit to see if that background image changes... if it does go back to the settings page and remove it and click save. if it pops up again then it may be a default background image... but i've never seen that before.

No wonder you guys didn't know what I was talking about.

This is the first time this has happened. The rest of the site looks normal, just the weird background image.

when i try to view your background image I get this URL: files.abovetopsecret.com...

and this message: ats member upload area

My best guess is that when and if you tried to change the BG image... you used a bad link and your phones cache kept the old image because the new one is broken... that is why we cannot see it and you can. try what i posted before to change the image.

Thanks for the info ugie.

I have never uploaded a background, and the "Your Background Image" field is totally blank.

I see this background on every member of ATS, not just mine. I did not do any profile editing recently.

I don't know what's going on.

then it has to be a glitch with the device you are using.

I have never seen that before.

It has to be something in your iPhone's browser cache or the iOS. Maybe try a reboot?

Thanks Springer.
After I cleared data, cache, and did a restart the weird background image went away.

Weird.
