I would love to have the info but simply cannot bring myself to listen to his broadcast as I know 90 percent will most probably be fluff and lies, or just a bad soundtrack.

I hope I was not the only one suspicious when I heard the news. I immediately thought of some black op dudes pulling him into an alley, injecting him with some undetectable chemical that induces myocardial infarction, and leaving him semi-functional for his last remaining minutes...

I wouldn't put it past any US Presidential administration since Lincoln.

Power corrupts, and a US President holds a lot of power.

So is it really true? Were they in contact shortly before he died, or is it speculation?

WND (Corsi) and Breitbart working together is not odd. They both are/were snake-oil vendors of the highest degree.

But even with little sprinkles of tasty pork fat and moldy cheese, the salad would still be a bowl of crap. Of course, unless, they could actually produce some evidence for once. That I would like to see.

I was trying to head off any left-wingers that might say that Bush/Reagan/Bush would be the only ones that might pull such shenanigans.

I downloaded the pdf file from whitehouse dot gov with obamas long form birth cert. really minor computer skills show the document has 9 layers. i.e., open with notepad plus, and you will see the layers, each preceded by "image mask" or such.
Open with adobe illustrator, and the layers are there for all to see, and they cannot be explained by OCR.
the resolutions vary, the typewriter typefaces vary, on and on. no way was that scanned from an original document. this is what arpaios forensic analysis also showed.
those on ATS calling alex jones, jerome corsi, sheriff arpaio bull#ters are either deluded or disinformation.
Breitbart was in contact with Arpaio, and was going to add the phony birth cert to his vid on ayers and obama.
So the excitement either gave him a heart attack or he had help. and how could LA county announce in 2 hours natural causes???

You are correct, the headline on the source is "hyped", it should read "last official contact of any meaning or by anyone official was Arpaio before Breitbart died." But then that wouldn't exactly be headline grabbing or get anyone's attention now would it?

"I tried to figure out how I knew him," says Sando, a veteran publicity and marketing executive who works for dietary supplement company MonaVie and has worked at CBS, King World Prods and Turner Broadcasting. "He was on his BlackBerry. And I said 'Andrew?' I told him I had seen his work." Sando says the duo quickly struck up a conversation that would last a little less than two hours.

I think we need to realize that although Jones plays cutesy with the timeline here, it isn't like Jones was being purposely deceitful here. Breitbart's last MEANINGFUL meeting was with Arpaio, period.

We all see the MSM playing loosely with the facts EVERY DAY and I hardly see anyone calling them on it 24/7 here. The fourth estate has unofficially become another branch of the govt, and they're not even trying to hide it anymore. Try as you like either out of fear, or Obama worship, the simple facts remain that it is only getting worse DAILY, not better. This isn't political spin, these are facts staring us right in the face.

Personally, as much as Jones fear mongering turns people off, I honestly don't think he is capable of covering events as well as he used to anymore, things are moving way too fast now for anyone outside "the loop" to report on. I have no dog in this fight, I used to listen to him semi-regularly, but at this point in time, sad to say, I think the "infowar" has become a stalling tactic. Not saying or implying Jones is behind this on purpose mind you, just saying that (IMO) we're all talked out. Tyranny is staring us right in the face and we still sit on our collective asses.

What CAN we do then? I wished to God I knew, I really do, but like the rest of you I have no idea. I will say this though, I have more empathy for the German citizens in the third reich then I once did. I feel just as helpless as they must've felt.

Jerome Corsi on the cold case press interview gave his condolences to the family of Andrew Brietbart also saying that he had just arranged an interview between Brietbart and Arpaio. Corsi said this was probably the last interview he had before he died. Since it sounded like this call between Corsi and Brietbart and the interview with Arpaio all happened on the same day, I assumed it had to be a phone interview.

So a more accurate thread title would be:

I like Alex's quote at the end:

Why hasn't the sherrif come forward to say if this is true? Journalist must be trying to talk to him about this last alleged interview?
