Hi guys and girls, I'm having a website and iPhone/android app developed by a friends friend who has someone working at a distance as well. Just wondering if there was any software that could map the coders productivity abroad? Thanks in advance for your advice

After communicating how do you monitor performance if you dont have a visual. Communication only goes so far what takes 5 days could take 15-20 if they drag out a project.

Set a contractual time limit and don’t pay them if they don’t finish it on time.

I've been advised to have them download a personal key logger for whilst they work that will take screen shots and track what has been coded in which amount of time. Hopefully that safeguards the efficiency. Thanks for your help. SoS
