The government can actually send voices into your head

Isn't there a "GRID" that is like a net wrapping the whole Earth thru the pyramids and/or underground/underwater Merkabas,

Well they played around quite a bit with '___'. I think they do try to work some of the craziest angles . Granted, they don't pursue them indefinitely, but they have and do mess around with drugs and mind games. There is a precedent.

The LRAD weapon works by sending two signals out of phase out at your target. The point in space where those two signals come back into phase is where sound is created. That's how the LRAD sound weapon works I believe.

President Clinton put sanctions on China for selling arms to Iran. The sanctions ban US companies from selling weapons to China.

President Obama got the US State Department to declare "LRAD is not a weapon"....so it could be exported to China. Those poor Israeli's will soon see all those crazies using that weapon against them. This is where you have technology that allows the government to beam sounds directly into your head, the sound is inaudible to others around you, it is beamed directly into the audio cortex of the targeted victim.

It works by using microwaves, which are penetrative. The microwave is at the higher frequency, and it is morphed with lower frequency sound waves, such as hypnotic speech. This is then transmitted into the head of the victim.

The Psychoelectronic or Psychotronic weapon program includes technology such as Silent Sound Spread Spectrum (SSSS) which is what was used on Iraqi troops when the USA invaded during the Gulf war. Causing them to surrender in their 100,000s without firing a singe shot at US forces.

Scary stuff. They could do this in the 70s imagine what they can do now.

I'm not sure they will be heard over all the other voices that are in there.
