Tropical Storm Karl is almost a hurricane.
The only good thing is it is traveling in waters
that have been churned up by previous storms.
This means the water is cooler and there will be
less fuel to build a giant hurricane.

Karl is now a 3. It is expected to be a 4 by Tuesday.

Lets just hope it does what they think it will do...avoid us...
