A few months ago Glenn Campbell revealed he is afflicted with Alzheimer's.

Now, one of the world’s greatest guitarists and performers is trying to hold on to his memories. And he has memories that are the stuff of dreams. (credit: CBS) The 75-year-old performer earned his early fame with country/pop hits such as “Rhinestone Cowboy” and “Gentle On My Mind” and hosting the variety show “The Glen Campbell Goodtime Hour” on CBS. During the ‘60s and ‘70s, he dominated the pop charts as well as the tabloid covers, easily transitioning between musician, actor and TV personality.

Below is quite probably one of the best written songs of the late 20th century...at least in my opinion.
And its lyrics have such pathos now...

Enjoy and please share any thoughts yall have on Mr. Campbell or the Grammy's.
(Adele was awesome)

This is Beautiful! Glen Campbell's wonderful talent will be remembered and enjoyed. It is unfortunate that he will not be able to remember all of the fans, who love him.

Life is so hard and the endings are never clean like we would hope...
He is in a place that most of us will never be...I hope above all else when I go, it is quick and without a long, sad decline...

Sorry to be so morose...
