no. when you find a computer with children being sexually abused on it, you should turn it in to the authorities, even if the authorities are corrupt... why.. because it's one more step toward the culprit being caught... and at least heightening the chances of justice ocurring.

no. if someone wanted to frame you by doing what i said.. they wouldn't turn themselves in. they'd just anonymously turn in the computer.

and there are plenty of mk ultra brainwashed alter-ego type people programmed to do anything their handlers want.. that they would be made to turn themselves in just to frame you... if framing you was worthy of such an effort.
