It's odd when you see something flying, that isn't a UFO...but actually looks like something, but it is something not meant to fly!

I reckon if these guys tried as hard as they did to make flying people, and made flying saucers instead, they would look pretty believable especially at night.

Three human shaped RC planes were flown around New York City to create the illusion of people flying. Lots of fun.

Flying people is nothing new....

Saint Joseph of Cupertino is believed to be a flying saint in Christian tradition

Of course if you were in the wrong crowd those same people that made him saint would burn you as a witch

The Flying Nun on TV was based on a true story

Teresa of Avila: The Progress of a Soul

Saint Theresa, a Carmelite nun

According to trustworthy records, Saint Theresa, a Carmelite nun, was one of the first levitator of the Middle Ages. Her flight was seen by 230 catholic priests. The nun wrote about her unusual “gift” in the autobiography dated 1565. It is quite noteworthy that Saint Theresa herself did not want to fly. She spent long hours praying desperately in an attempt to get rid of her special power. She was asking Lord to relieve her of that grace. One night the Almighty finally heard the nun’s praying. She did not fly ever since that night.

As cool as those things are, didnt they think about the possible reprocusions of flying those right next to a busy bridge with commuters? I know for sure if all of a sudden driving to work looking out my window, I see 3 flying humans. I would no longer be paying attention to the rode in front of me. I would be like WTF!!!!!! then CRASH!!!!!!

Cool idea, bad place to do it.

S&F for the neat vid.

Padre Pio is supposed to have flown up to a US bomber formation in WW2 and warned them off from bombing the monastery he lived in. He is one of my favorite saints.
