I will answer a direct question, when I want to answer it.
I would like to know why it is relevant.

The same reason any question is relevant. It sits in need of an answer.

It appears that you have no justification for the question, so I shall move on.

How paranoid does one have to be? The only reason I can think of to be so guarded against that particular question is out of fear for what the answer might truly reveal. Well, be afraid of simple questions then. Quite a many avatar for someone so skittish.

Oh boo-hoo.
What ever shall I do now?
Cry in the corner, or.....................................................

I do not know. I do not really care what you do now. I am not sure if you understood my entire post. Cry wherever you like. I only cared about my stupid question that was really not worth any of this trouble. I could not care less what you do otherwise.

What part of my question confused you?
It was really quite simple.

I will say for about the 5th time

I AM NOT TRYING TO MAKE ANY POINT.
I ASKED A QUESTION.

I have no idea how to make it any more simple than that.

This thread is about Obama and his dismal record and unwillingness to take responsibility while also admiting to making mistakes.

What point are you trying to make, other than thread derailment?

Your input is not appreciated.

I know exactly what it is about and my QUESTION was more than relevant.

How many times do I really need to say in this thread I am not trying to make any point?

I just asked a question. What the hell is wrong with people?

Your input is not appreciated.

My input was not to you anyway.

A question without a point???

Now I have seen everything.
An ATS'er asking a question, with no point behind it.

Some where, someone has just divided by 0.

What the # are you talking about? The reason to ask questions is to get an answer, not to make a point.
What????????

I am guessing in your world, shopping goes like this.
You: "How much does this item cost"
Them: "What is your point?"
You: "Busted, I did not want to know how much it cost, I really have an agenda as all questions are used to make points. Good call good sir!"

Seriously what?

This is the most paranoid and assbackwards thread I have ever been a part of. I asked a question and that in itself became a conspiracy to you people and you dare suggest I am some kind of idiot for asking a question, not to make a point, but to get an answer.

I do not even know how to wrap my sanity around this.

I was not aware that I was not allowed to ask questions. Am I the only one? I see lots of questions.

Just curious if you are a US citizen and if you have or ever will vote.

I mean, that would require two separate "yes" and/or "no" answers in the form of two whole words. Hey, at least it gave two of you a reason to derail the thread yourselves. It appears there is really no substance to this thread anyway so talking about me and how scary my "did you ever vote" conundrum was. Enjoy yourselves.

If this thread ever gets a point, I would love to be alerted.

A question is a statement designed to elicit an answer.

What point were you trying to make with the answer provided?

4 more years of this?

I think not.

Several people on this site are a perfect example of the Obama regime. They refuse to take responsibility for their actions (just like Obama) are the first ones to blame Bush (just like Obama) are the first ones to play the race card (just like Obama) are the first ones to introduce class warfare (just like Obama) and misdirect any attempt to pinpoint them on where the buck stops. Just like Obama.

4 more minutes (thanks for the correction
) is 5 minutes too long!

None. Ask me a 4th time. How many times do I have to answer the exact same question before I can assume brain damage is playing a role?

Paranoid little trolls. Nothing to talk about in this thread on topic at all so instead you spend pages trying to build a conspiracy around me asking SOMEONE ELSE if they ever voted.

How truly pathetic. If it were not for me, you would have nothing to say at all in this thread and I was never talking to you anyway. I am glad I could help you pretend this thread is about something. Let's see how fast it dies when I do not come back to play these stupid games.

A question is just a question.

ETA: Thank you for answering the brain damage question. I asked a question and never got an answer after pages of responses and you just wrote.

Not a direct response, just more obfuscation, misdirection and a refusal to take responsibility for even the simplest of queries.

Coming from one of the two people doing nothing in this thread but dodging a simple query. You must do this crap on purpose.

I presented the simplest of queries and got pages of what in response? Yeah you know how big a joke you are.

I will answer the question, once you have stated as to why it matters in this conversation.

Since you refused, it tells me you are waiting for a "gotcha" moment.

But, since you will more then likely banter on about something else, we will move on.

From the mouth of president Obama.

Barack Obama said he makes mistakes on an hourly basis as President but stood firmly behind his administration's work in bolstering the U.S. economy and jobs market.

www.dailymail.co.uk...

Oh really, Mister President?

Is President Obama Creating A Nation Of Dependents?

Direct payments. The amount of money the federal government hands out in direct payments to individuals steadily increased over the past four decades, but shot up under Obama, climbing by almost $600 billion — a 32% increase — in his first three years. And Obama's last budget called for these payments to climb another $500 billion by 2016, at which point they would account for fully two-thirds of all federal spending.

Entitlement much?

People getting benefits. According to the Census Bureau 49% now live in homes where at least one person gets a federal benefit — Social Security, workers comp, unemployment, subsidized housing, and the like. That's up from 44% the year before Obama took office, and way up from 1983, when fewer than a third were government beneficiaries.

Nanny state much?

Food stamps. This year, more than 46 million (15% of all Americans) will get food stamps. That's 45% higher than when Obama took office, and twice as high as the average for the previous 40 years. This surge was driven in part by the recession, but also because Obama boosted the benefit amount as part of his stimulus plan.

And yet, Obama called Bush the food stamp president.

Disability. The number of people on Social Security disability has steadily climbed since the 1970s, thanks mainly to easier eligibility rules. But their numbers jumped 10% in Obama's first two years in office, according to the Social Security Administration. That sharp rise was due largely to meager job prospects since the recession ended in 2009. When employment opportunities are scarce, experts note, many who could otherwise work sign up for disability benefits instead.

So a weaker job market creates more on the dole. One way or another.

Here is "political madness" in it's truest form!
