That's just what I was thinking. My tinfoil hat will come in handy for reflecting the rays back at them. I always knew it would come in useful.

While a good idea in theory, it is a waste of time. Our government already breaks it's own laws on a daily basis. Why would they let go of something like this just because it was "illegal"?

Very telling that they are using it on English speaking protestors carrying signs. Of course they did show one or two persons throwing rocks.


Non-lethality sounds so humanitarian...but the implications are fairly obvious, as are the motives behind it.
