Well,

I don't know why people are so afraid of SOPA..
You all do know, that SOPA will get easy to get through?
And I even think it maybe would be better, because then hopefully people maybe start to act?

And if SOPA gets released, let the hacking begin.

My interpretation is that they have to take SOPA back to the drawing board, but it still has a chance. They didn't say "DONT BRING THIS **** BACK EVER AGAIN!". No, they just said, "Half of this is unconstitutional...revise it, and bring it back."

That's what I got out of the articles.

Yeah SOPA is dead.

But MEGAUPLOAD was the sacrifice to the dark forces that want to control the internet.

Didn't Ron Paul say last night at the debate that SOPA was not dead , that they would just rewrite it ?
Besides, doesn't the president already have a kill switch for the internet ?

Not dead it's what they want you to think. Guess what....you see the news going on now? They have fully reflected if they cannot pass SOPA/PIPA or any other form, they will still enforce a policy against our rights, piracy(as the guise) and overall freedom.
