York Rite honors are only recognized during York Rite meetings; same thing with the Scottish Rite. If in the Blue Lodge, all are distinguished by either being called Master Masons, Past Masters, or Past Grand Lodge Officer.
However, most people who join one Rite eventually join the other too. So, in most cases, regardless of which meeting you attend, you see for the most part the same guys....just different titles and different hats.
