Chinese Zodiac - Year of the Dragon

I'm completely sceptical of astrology, but I happened to read today that we are about to enter the "Year of the Dragon" in the chinese zodiac. Being interested, I looked up the wiki for year of the dragon and noticed a few odd things related to what is going on in the world at present:

Motto: “I Reign”

Roughly equivalent western sign: Aries (governed by the planet Mars, god of war)

Ruling Countries: China, United Kingdom, Denmark, Iran, Japan, Bulgaria, Vietnam.


As I said, I'm sceptical. But I found some of these "coincidences" quite interesting.

Pretty cool, but the Motto: “I Reign” seems to be on all the ones I've looked at already.

I was born in the year of the dragon. I should check into this. The most I ever read about it was on a Chinese dinner place mat. Thanks for the reminder.

Ill admit though, I do like a few of those.

China, UK, Iran Good Observant Buddy.

Japan was worship to the Dragon in ancient age.

I was born in Tiger year, equaled to Aquarius in western star astrology. It's very cool.

I'm a Leo /Tiger.
