This image is worth having on the desktop as a reference. I came across this after reading about the most recent rapture prediction of January 28th. Of course, we cannot know the day or hour. We can know the season. This chart is a handy reference.

If this is right, it looks like WWIII is going to be the world's birthday present to me. Damn.

For the people that really believe this....are you going to continue work and paying bills till the very end? If I knew (or thought) the world was ending in a few years I'd quit my job tomorrow and start travelling.

I plan to continue life as normal unless serious stuff starts happening, because nothing is for certain

Got to love this statement, included in the main link:

Obviously, if 28 January goes by with no significant event, then this timeline will be proven wrong. Big deal, we'll just look to another date again,

This is what all the new age prophets say....

I don't think he's claiming to be a prophet. I think he's just trying to make predictions based on some calculations he's made. How wise that is, I am not sure. I do believe it will happen, but I do not subscribe to any predictions made by man. For now I am just going to continue trudging through life as normal.

Not trying to be an ass or anything, but I have a few things I'd like to ask:

1. Why do Christians insist on interpretation of what's written in the bible? There are good examples and bad ones( of what to interpret )

2. There are clues as to the return of the Christ in the bible, and Jesus himself said he would return when his apostles were still alive ( I don't have the passage on me, I'll try to find it at work).

3. Isn't making predictions and prophesying(sp) like the person who created the chart witchcraft? I remember something about false prophets getting the worst sort of punishment in the end.

4. We've had many people predict the return and the end of times... what makes this person more believable than the others before him/her who've failed in their predictions?

Thanks

Interesting time table. It pretty much matches my own. Apparently there are alot of believers out there coming up with the same timeline, although i peg the second coming in 2018. from what i came up with 2011 passed the first year in the tribulation if Psalms 110-119 is right in tandem with Zecharia and Ezekiel's prophecies.

I try not to put all my eggs in one basket though, because people have claimed to know when and they were all wrong.

I'd rather just keep living everyday till that time came and just focus on purification and preparing my mind and spirit so i can hear the call.

I really would like to see the chart, but when I clicked on the link I was instead connected to a porn site. I don't know how this happened because I don't think it was your doing. Who could fix this? I'm asking because I'm new here and I don't know.

Interesting. I just tried it and it worked fine for me. No bad sites.

Well, I tried again and got to see the chart. It was very informative and went into more detail than some other articles I've read. Thanks for that. However, when I closed the window I was once again viewing LiveJasmine.com which puports it's self as "hot live sex shows", I am not real happy about that. Like I said I'm new here and I don't know if the problem is with the site or what but it hasen't happened with any of the other links I have tried today.

It happened to me as well. I closed it and was able to access the chart the second time I clicked the link.

Interesting stuff, but doesn't the Bible say that no man, not even the angels in Heaven would know the date or the hour?

Yes, it does. But we are given signs to let us know that He is on His way. It can be a source of comfort or consternation depending on your perspective. I've read Joel Rosenberg's book, Epicenter, and it showed a different view than the chart. Mostly that we are headed in a particular direction. We are not privy to God's thoughts and His ways are not ours, but we do know He promised to come back. Maybe wanting to get a close approximation of the time is akin to the prepared bridesmaids looking out the window every so often to see if the Groom is at the door.
